Programmes Trainer Until recently Elaine was a
part time lecturer at Thames Valley University where she developed
and delivered a series of training courses. For many years she
worked within the special event industry building businesses and
setting up and developing sound and financially successful sales
departments that met their targets. Elaine's career is now focused
on Training and Development and she brings meticulous discipline as
well as energy and enthusiasm to the Impact Programmes.

Steve Grainger
Consultant & Impact Programmes Instructor
Steve is a retired Met Police Chief Superintendent
with 30 years experience at operational, training and
strategic level. Steve has strong experience of
Leadership training and development and understands
better than most how behaviours and attitudes affect
how a job gets done, which is why he endorses the USP
approach.
Steve also works in the private sector to advise and
deliver his deep knowledge of business, security
threats and counter measures to assist a number of
organisations such as the All England Tennis Club
as ‘security adviser’.

Sandy Ruddock
Learning & Development Consultant & Impact Programmes Trainer
Specialising in the area of personal impact, Sandy
develops tailor made programmes for organisations and
individuals which include image, etiquette, reputation
management and presentation skills. She started her
career as an executive PA to senior business figures,
including Robert Maxwell and Dame Shirley Porter,
which helped her understand the need for assertive
communication skills and an authoritative image! With
14 years’ experience and an eye for detail, Sandy
brings energy, enthusiasm and humour to all the
training programmes in which she is involved.

Bob Broomfield
Business Coach & Facilitator, Impact Programmes Trainer
Bob specialises in customer satisfaction improvement programmes. Bob’s approach
uses the customer viewpoint for business process improvements; combined with people
behavioural analysis to change the way organisations works with customers.
Bob has developed his own business model for behavioural measurement and a training
guide for problem solving. Bob is developing the behavioural model into a book, and
he is also in the last stages of completing his MBA, focusing on Change, Quality, and
Service Excellence.
Bob brings to the impact programme his experience in analysing behaviours and his
coaching skills as an avid people watcher.

Sally Grourk

Trainer It is with deep sadness that we announce that Sally passed away on Monday 9 July 2007. Sally was an intrinsic part of the team and will be greatly missed. Her spirit, humour and sense of adventure could have us splitting our sides, but then her professionalism, discipline and sense of excellence also always kept us on our toes.
Sally battled cancer for fourteen years and only last month worked with us on developing our new Trailblazer 2 programme for 2008. She was an inspiration, a rock and a true friend.

Programmes Instructor Andrew Catto is a management
development consultant, focusing on supporting individuals, teams
and organisations through change in terms of behaviour, processes
and results. His initial work experience was with a major financial
services company, working in many business units including the
relationship management of multinational accounts, marketing
software packages and internal consultancy.
Andrew's main
work involves the design and delivery of a range of training and
development and increasingly one to one executive coaching. He
brings a diverse and innovative approach to the Impact Programmes,
helping people recognise their particular skills and needs.

Bob Mansell
Leadership Trainer & Impact Programmes
Instructor A retired Police Superintendent with 31
years experience at operational and strategic level, Bob managed a
number of key change processes, within headquarters environment and
local command unit. An experienced facilitator, with recent history
of design and delivery of training initiatives for senior police
officers, Bob is also an Associate of the Campaign for Leadership,
working with them on the delivery of a leadership development
programme for the SCS of the Home Office. Bob brings a broad
understanding of the changing needs of modern leaders in large
organisations and institutions.
